We offer comprehensive stretch forming services for bending and forming of various extrusions. We can work with a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including but not restricted to steel, aluminum, and copper. Our facility is fully equipped with specialized stretch forming machines that are capable of bending and forming the parts into a variety of shapes, with minimal restrictions to size and radii. The parts are bent to your specifications and stretched prior to and during the bending process, ensuring that waves, ripples and other distortions of the part are kept to a minimum. We are well equipped to undertake projects that have different production volumes, ranging from a single part to large-volume production runs, in a cost effective manner. The first part produced by our stretch forming services is subjected to intense inspection before proceeding with full production. This allows us to produce parts of high quality with minimal scrap. Our stretch formed parts are used in a variety of applications ranging from architectural to transportation.
